Valves & fluid control

Show the movement behind the flow.

An actuator, a stem and an internal closure can be hard to connect in a static product image. Show the relationship between a control input and the mechanism, and help buyers understand the feature that matters for their application.

Explain actuation

Connect the motor, gearing, shaft and valve position in one readable sequence. Show the approved motion without implying unverified operating specifications.

Reveal the flow path

Use cutaways and position changes to explain an open or closed path. Keep conceptual flow illustrations distinct from measured flow or computational analysis.

Equip the sales conversation

Pair the demonstration with product specifications and answers to buyer questions. Use the same approved views in a presentation or focused product page.

Motorized quarter-turn valve

Our original educational demonstration assembles a bored ball, shaft, gears, seats and housing before showing a quarter-turn. Gearing is simplified; no operating torque, pressure or flow rating is claimed.

Questions about valves & fluid control

Can you animate our exact valve or actuator?

We can scope a model from your authorized CAD, drawings or reference material. Exact geometry, motion and any omitted internals must be agreed and reviewed before the final animation.

Can you show leaks, pressure drop or sealing performance?

We can explain an approved concept visually, but that is not measured evidence. Performance claims need supporting data supplied and approved by your technical team.

What should our brief include?

Identify the product, audience, important positions or motions, key dimensions and the question the demonstration should answer. Share public references first; agree on a secure process before supplying confidential files.

Start with the question your customer asks.

Share your product, audience and the feature you want to explain. We’ll review the references and agree on scope before production.
